Understanding how skin, pigment, blood vessels, scar tissue, hair follicles and the immune system respond to laser energy is equally important. Piko Laser Clinic uses the Quanta Discovery Pico, combining picosecond and Q-switched technology with multiple wavelengths to treat a broad range of concerns. Treatment is guided by clinical assessment, tissue response and evidence-informed practice, with an emphasis on protecting skin integrity and avoiding unnecessary trauma.
What we treat.
Advanced laser tattoo removal for artistic tattoos, cosmetic tattoos, scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and medical tattoos. Treatment is individually planned according to tattoo characteristics, skin type, previous treatment history and tissue response.
Laser treatment for selected surgical, traumatic, acne, post-inflammatory and tattoo-related scars, as well as stretch marks. Treatment focuses on improving texture, colour and tissue quality through controlled fractional laser stimulation and progressive collagen remodelling.
Laser treatment of selected benign pigmentation and superficial vascular concerns, including freckles, lentigines, post-inflammatory pigmentation, telangiectasia and localised redness. Not every concern should be treated with laser. Careful assessment and appropriate referral are an important part of treatment planning.
Non-ablative fractional laser treatments designed to support scalp health and follicular activity in suitable patients experiencing early hair thinning or pattern hair loss. The aim may include supporting hair density, reducing shedding and encouraging activity in follicles that remain viable.
